Beautiful, spacious, could do with renovations

It's a gorgeous building with beautiful apartments.
Cons
Would be nice to have laundry. and to update the appliances

Large windows, quiet neighbors, and market and laundromat just across the street
Cons
The heat on the first floor wasn’t that great in the winter.
