Pros
Good amount of space, very close to the train station, generally kept up well for the age of the building, rent stabilized, good amount of counter & storage space in the kitchen - plus full sized oven and refrigerator
Cons
The heating is old and kind of unreliable - sometimes if would get way too hot in winter. And the rental office phone is only answered 9-4 monday through friday, so if you need a repair at another time it can be hard to get through
It’s OK, only real positive is it’s rent controlled

Rent controlled, close to the subway
Cons
Bedbug issue, hallways and common areas aren’t kept clean, no smoking policy is not enforced, front door lock system constantly breaking down, no sanitation policies were implemented after COVID
Advice to the owners
Keep the building clean, enforce your smoking policy - it’s the law - and implement a bed bug eradication system where an exterminator comes to the building monthly.
