Good building overall

Pros

Clean, no one hanging out, the super that’s currently here is great and responsive.

Cons

Loud neighbor on my floor but the other floor seem quiet.

Advice to the owners

Make sure the camera works and make tenants aware of how they can see footage because someone keeps stealing packages

None. Nothing good

Cons

The roof needs repairs. My apartment was leaking for 5 days and they dont want to fix it. There also lots of drugs activities .

Advice to the owners

install cameras on every floor.
