The building is on a rather clean block and an intimate building
Cons
The HUBB is not as quick to respond as you’d think for a 24 hour line

One of the worst buildings
Pros
Some of the units are cute most of them are not very nice. The workers and maintenance guys are great.
Cons
Management is not helpful in anyway. tenets not vetted properly. Very noisy neighbors, dirty halls and you are located above a very popular bar.
Advice to the owners
Get new management.
