Tall ceiling, big closet with upper storage, sunny on one side.
Cons
BUG BUGS BUGS. THIS BULDING HAS A RAT PROBLEM you hear them in the floors and they carry bugs that bite and leave itchy mosquito bites on you if you are allergic to them 3/4 of us were. We bug bombed the place more then once they came back instantly. If that’s not enough there were roaches. One got stuck in the ceiling light and just ran around it. Also the plumbing is messed up and would burst through the ceiling into the apartment in the bathroom, kitchen and entrance to the building almost every month. They would patch it quickly but it happened a lot. This place offers cheap rent but not worth it.

I liked living here but it was loud. And incredibly hot. Good price though

- Extremely loud outside in the summer - Extremely hot in the summer. Hard to cool big room with so many windows
