Horrible management and landlord
Pros
Large kitchen and bathroom. Large outdoor space.
Cons
garbage pickup was inconsistent, heat was never on, landlord did nothing to address psycho neighbor (who moved in after us) and continued to gaslight us.
Advice to the owners
Do better
