Very old building. Incredible location
Pros
Location. This is my favorite block on the upper west side. I never want to leave.
Cons
We have had collapsed ceilings in multiple locations in the apartment. While things were addressed in a timely manner, the integrity of the building is falling apart.

Roaches no matter how clean the apartment was! unfortunately, I also had mice problems soo living here was absolutely a nightmare. Everything is so old. They should put in some money for renovation of the cupboards/kitchen.
