There are better options out there.
Pros
It's in a great location right across the street from Fort Tryon Park, a 3-minute walk to the subway.
Cons
Noisy, disrespectful neighbors, lazy super, unresponsive management.
Advice to the owners
Just because you offer fairly inexpensive rent, doesn't let you off the hook in taking care of your tenants.

Lots of sunlight
Cons
Heat shut off the second it gets a tad warm which is ok but then doesn't actually get turned back on immediately once cold weather come back. It also seems there is little to no cleaning done around the building.
