Had to take them to court
Pros
Location. Close to the subway.
Cons
Cockroaches Leaks No heat for three winters Super let himself into the unit while I was home alone showering and knocked on the bathroom door. Unresponsive landlord. Had to take them to court to get our security deposit back.
Advice to the owners
Have some empathy next time. These are people’s homes.

NO HEAT, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Nice bathroom design, slanted patio
Cons
The heat does not function in this building, no matter how many times they 'try to fix it'. We reported to 311, filed legal complaints, and it only resulted in them sending us electric heaters, which we had to pay for... Wore multi jackets inside all winter.
Advice to the owners
Demolish and never look back
