Big apartment with small issues
Pros
Close to transit, lots of storage, apartment is pretty big, building is pretty, close to a lot of stores, nice appliances
Cons
Literally only one outlet per room, maintenance takes forever, neighbors are very loud
Advice to the owners
Better communication between tenants and maintenance Number of outlets in apartment is really an issue
