Nice spacious building with below market rent in a good location.
Cons
Management not responsive. Super is stretched too thin across too many buildings and is not responsive to emergencies. I had a leak in my apartment occurring on a Friday and nobody came to fix it. Had to call 311 and have fdny come fix. I had to coordinate with other tenants to shut off their water valves, making it so they are unable to use the toilet and other amenities. Dryer has been broken for about a year with no one to come fix. There are rats running in the walls and no one seems to care. Building manager never answers calls and is extremely grumpy when he does.
Advice to the owners
Please do better. Provide better service for your tenants. Definitely get a better building manager…
