really good area
Pros
As a new grad, living in the LES is ideal, and I was willing to give up on space to be in a central location. Management is responsive.
Cons
It's a pretty small apartment and there are some concessions that you have to make the space work (VERY limited storage, small closet in the common area) :// Heat is not paid for by the landlord.

convenient (close to restaurants and subways) good pest control

the street gets very noisy no elevator
