Decent with some flaws
Pros
-Proximity to L train stop is great -Bedrooms on opposite sides of apartment each with ensuite bathroom, ideal for roommates -No issues with any pests (on 3rd floor) -In unit laundry is helpful, and the oven is a nice brand
Cons
-Noise is a huge issue due to the trucks at the warehouses right outside. This issue is much worse for the bedroom with windows facing the street. For the other bedroom, noise is not an issue except from the stairwell and hallways (thin walls) -The bedroom above the restaurant side gets very hot -No living room area and kitchen is relatively small -The laundry machine is located in one of the bedrooms in an alcove (not a closet) -The immediate area around the building is not very clean or well-kept, but there are some good restaurants and shops
Great but overpriced
Pros
Really well-kept, the landlords are responsive and care about the space being comfortable and livable! NO problems with pests whatsoever, the garbage disposal is easy, there's good heat and hot water in the winter, WIFI is included in rent and dependable.
Cons
Right across from a factory- if you're streetside, beware, the trucks are extremely noisy every day of the week between 11pm-3am.
