Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

its a great building

Pros

clean, equipped, well maintained. the super is friendly. easy rent payments.

Cons

garbage rooms not cleaned often. the street is quite noisy if your unit is facing it. the media room is full with someone's personal stuff so it cannot be used.

Advice to the owners

generally really pleased with the management.

DONT MOVE HERE

Pros

It’s just cheap to live here other than that I guess you get what you pay for.

Cons

Very loud neighborhood, a bunch of homeless people and who sleeps in the building, they have also broke the lock on the door, management was notified they didn’t do anything about it. The building is not kept either, it’s barely cleaned! The building have surveillance just for decorations, because a homeless person broke a bunch of resident mailboxes, nothing was done about it, and that’s a federal offense!

Advice to the owners

Invest into the property stop just doing quick fixes, and actually buy a boiler!! Lisa Management you are SLUMLORDS!! This building has gone to shit after you took over from shinda ! Oh and get the heat situation together , when it’s cold we are freezing, but when it’s hot we are baking in our apartments, unacceptable. The heat is supposed to be controlled with the weather!
