Pros
Location is good The bedrooms are big Has an elevator
Cons
Elevator is not working about once a month Multiple incidents of mice in our apt Hallway has a bad smell Can hear people walking on upper floors Packages have been stolen Virtual doorman doesn’t work Cockroaches in mailing box

Cute neighborhood, subpar management
Pros
The location is great, close to the 1 train and lots of shops, proximity to the parks
Cons
We had roaches, for a while building management was not responsive. We literally had an issue with hot water and it wasn’t fixed for five days. Also just generally small and cramped.
