Neglectful and horrible landlord no water don’t rent here
Pros
Good location near prospect park, decent neighbors
Cons
Landlord does not make repairs and harrasses tenants. Building is infested with vermin. Elevator breaks down frequently. Water has been turned off several weeks a year including one month without any hot water whatsoever. Heat went off for days during freezing spell. Stay away do not rent here!!

Cheap rent, nice neighborhood, nice neighbors.
Cons
Rats run around in front of building all night with door left open. Super never responds or comes to fix anything.
