Nice people, great neighborhood, very clean
Cons
Construction next door and noisy street but the construction is almost done

Horrible super
Pros
Rooms are large and 2 very good conscientious doorman. Poor judge of character the landlord is and hires mentally ill doormen and fires them within 6 months
Cons
No repair men. Super incapable of doing handyman work. The Landlord is an indignant nasty human being. Hangs up when you call and always says write a letter, which they totally ignore.
Advice to the owners
Become a Mench as they say in Yiddish and hire decent doormen and treat your tenants like human beings not like trash. Hire a capable super who can do his job.
