small but functional
Pros
in laundry units and they keep the hallways clean. the landlord is nice
Cons
it is on a main rode so it is very loud

Some flaws, but could be worse

Landlady is pretty responsive for maintenance issues Air conditioning is great
Cons
The buzzer for the front door is literally always broken or has issues - recently we had a bunch of packages stolen as someone just walked into the front door.
