It's not just the view
Pros
I don't like anything about the building only the fact that it's a beautiful view from the top floor if u like to look out at random moments
Cons
No elevator always crackhead around everything over priced always a killing or vandalism building never gets cleaned and the landlord never respond or fix shit unless it's a report
Advice to the owners
Give up your job an give someone who cares about others well-being
