Building well maintained, someone comes and cleans hallways weekly and removes trash, responds to maintenance requests daily quickly during week, updated kitchens and bathrooms
Cons
No laundry in building, no elevator, rooms all different sizes

Location! Easily walkable to many cool places
Cons
Small (but cozy). Rent stabilized (at the time) because our apt was not renovated.
