Mixed reviews for old but can be very solid building.
Pros
Mostly very nice residents.
Cons
A bit sad looking. The repairs are sub-standard. The plumbers left my drain flooding all night long. Recurrent problems that don’t get properly fixed to address the causes. Could tell them over and over, no one listens. If you ask for compensation, the management fights you.
Advice to the owners
Not enough interest taken.

Loud but otherwise good.
Pros
Spacious for the price and responsive super.
Cons
59th street is incredibly loud when traffic backs up for the bridge.
