Decent building with shady owners
Pros
Modern clean building with great appliances and outdoor space.
Cons
Electric bills are INSANELY high. The units they use for air cooling use a ton of juice. They are also super noisy. Had a run in with the shady owner, I won’t go into details but watch out for these guys. Location is always far from the subway if that is important to you (it was to us).
Advice to the owners
Respect is a two way street. Always remember that. Treat tenants complain with care. Also get rid of that deceptive “preferred rent” crap.
