Only good for a month
Pros
Furnished nicely, good ceiling lights, kitchen is stocked
Cons
Kitchen too small, shower cabin leaks, basement shRed lounge is great in pictures but dirty irl, place smells like a sink vanity most of the time.
Advice to the owners
Please invest more in cleanliness.

unsecure mailboxes, apt isn't level/slopes toward back of the bldg
