recurring mice, very slow response

Pros

landlord replies, even though if slow. building is generally well kept.

Cons

you have to really insist to get your matter resolved. i had a recurring mice infestation and the water tastes metallic. packing stealing is a constant.

Well kept small building

Pros

Clean. Good, workable layouts. Quiet building. Location. Rent Stabilized.

Cons

Built in AC and Heat units are convenient but get expensive in cold and hot months. Management can be a bit unorganized but pretty responsive on maintenance requests or other complaints.
