Pros
Location location location - So close to the park, and a very friendly neighborhood
Cons
Union Street can be VERY loud, so having a street facing apartment in the building isn't great. Landlord can be very dismissive, and sometimes takes a very long time to fix things.

shared space (like stairs) are always clean and clear, neighbors are friendly
