They are a scam
Pros
Nice looking apartment , laundry next door , store across street , great parking , close to all public transportation, good school district, lots of stores
Cons
Francine threatens you when she doesn’t get her rent on time , the first floor tenants threaten you if she doesn’t like you , the realtor she hires sneaks into your apartment and steals when your gone , Francine tries to break into your apartment if you don’t pay the rent on time , the owner isn’t in the United States they are in Jamaica (so they say ) and dies nothing for the property , neighbors next door are thugs and sell drugs , always fights and stuff going on
Advice to the owners
Take care of your property yourself and stop letting people tun it for you because they are going to ruin you .
