Management absolutely sucks and the building is filthy. Months since this building has been swept and mopped (when they should be doing it the most because of COVID) Not to mention the trash area outside is awful… many rats and roaches. Also, the building super is useless and does nothing.
Advice to the owners
Actually show your face and see the awful condition your building is in. Also, get a new súper that actually does his job!
