An average landlord/building
Pros
The building feels newer than the surrounding buildings. The rooms have great ceiling height.
Cons
Management is not the most responsive, usually takes a few days for an email response.
Nice neighborhood. Mgmt company could be more communicative.
Pros
Good neighborhood, close to transit and groceries/drugstores/etc. Bedrooms are bright (living rooms are dark though). Mail is generally delivered inside the building which is good.
Cons
Kitchen and bathrooms are not great. Property management company and super could be better at letting tenants know when they’re turning off the water, etc.
