It is an ilegal basement studio, doesn't have any light, or windows. Boiler is downstairs. Gas stove installer in garage.
Advice to the owners
Owner goes into the apartment without knocking. Boiler is downstairs, not disclosed during viewing. She canceled the lease and illegally evict us, she is friends of cops so when we called them they didn't do anything. She also stayed with our money.
