All good if tiu can put up with an annoying and intrusive landlord

For the most part, the building is maintained well and clean.
Cons
Landlord is very intrusive and pops up unannounced. Also only accepts cash payment.
Advice to the owners
Learn to respect your tenants’ privacy and time.
