Pros
Doormen, elevator, good location, decent size apartments
Cons
Heat doesn't always get warm enough in winter, loud facing 23rd st, sometimes laundry machines break

Pros and Cons...
Pros
The doormen are awesome, the location is fantastic, and in general the building is pretty well maintained and safe.
Cons
There was a massive leak on the K line and my ceiling collapsed. Management was really unhelpful and unresponsive and because of miscommunication I didn't have a place to stay that night. It also took a long time to repair/inspect for mold.
Advice to the owners
Take complaints seriously so they don't get worse!
