The Landlord Salvatore Salmone and his wife knew I was moving overseas and never paid me back my bond money when I moved out. They also processed a check 2.5 years after I gave them my first half month of rent and his wife yelled at me for their mistake. Awful sleazy management.
Advice to the owners
Take them to court if they do not return your bond.
