Great building, modern amenities
Pros
Apartment was well-kept, had no issues with apartment throughout time living there. Street noise was louder than preferred and right across from a school. Modern amenities including dishwasher and washer/dryer in building that worked.

Nice neighborhood, nice finishes, great accessibility to the subway.
Cons
Very poor management. Not responsible at all, we had a maintenance issue the day we moved in and it was not fixed 12+ later until we moved out!! The apartment flooded 3 times during the time we lived there and the owner could not care less! They left us with lots of damages. There has been a faulty fire alarm system in the building that produces annoying beeping noise to an extend we couldn’t sleep or even take meetings from the apartment. There is only one washing machine for 4 floors which leads the laundry being very busy and not available most of the time.
Advice to the owners
Respond to your texts and emails and act like your tenants are humans too!
