Great LES Apt
Pros
Location was amazing. Rent stabilized. Live in super.
Cons
Neighbor was insane (parties, drugs, domestic violence) and management wouldn’t do anything. Hallways were dirty (typical).
Advice to the owners
Take neighbor complaints seriously.

Dog friendly Brooklyn apartment
Pros
A great location and attentive management. Cleaned the hallways quite frequently. Pet friendly.
Cons
Small bedroom with windows that didn’t get direct sunlight, although my roommate had 4 big bay windows.
