Extremely loud building
Pros
Decent size for downtown and rooftop access
Cons
Management is not very responsive. Oven was broken for a year and management never fixed it even with constant complaints. Extremely loud if you’re in a front unit!!

Great building, Unresponsive Managemenet
Pros
The building was clean with lovely neighbors and a responsive superintendent.
Cons
Building management is very hard to contact about issues. Took me a few months to get my security deposit back and calling every day to get a lease renewal.
