An Unresponsive Landlord
Pros
Cute, spacious units that are decently priced for the neighborhood. Landlord never raised the rent in the years I lived in his building.
Cons
Landlord takes forever to get back to you. If you need something fixed or bugs exterminated you’ll be waiting weeks for a response.
