Very disgusting, dirty, rat infested, and landlord isn’t responsible

-rats -roaches -bedbugs -destroyed apartments -rude neighbors -nasty smells -dirty everywhere -broken steep staircase -buildings feel unstable -landlords don’t do job -landlord gives attitude -landlord keeps things under the low and tells you not to call the department of health
