A well-rounded apartment
Pros
This apartment is close to prospect park and is located in a nice, trendy area. Great lighting, hardwood floors, large bedroom and bathroom, and lots of closet space.

Very quiet, nice neighbors, awesome and responsive Supe, felt safe
Cons
Could not get rid of roaches, shower constantly backed up, very dark in the back lower floors, cheaply made kitchen drawers kept breaking
Advice to the owners
Every apartment in that building needs to be treated for roaches as some of the neighbors are not clean. You really need to reinforce the cabinetry in the kitchen.
