Not bad for the price
Pros
- Central to everything - New Super is responsive and friendly - Generally no complaints that affect my day to day - Never seen a cockroach or a rat
Cons
- No lights in hallways (management put lamps instead in hallways) - Package room is always a mess - Thin walls; can hear ppl upstairs - 1 bedroom is SMALL; more like a studio
Great building and management
Pros
I have never had any issues with this building. My apartment is beautiful and has never had issues with bugs or pests. Management is responsive and the super is friendly and organized. Double glazed windows make the apartment silent and peaceful.
Cons
You have to get heat from the individual AC units in each room. The building does not do general heat. Other tenants don’t respect the recycling bins, which is inconsiderate to the super.
