first city apt
Pros
There was so many things to love in the beginning. But as I lived there longer the less I wanted to be there. The studio was big! It was almost like a 1 bedroom with all the space we had and the closets had so much storage. I still think about them! Also the neighbors were really nice and talkative so it felt like you always had someone to help you or vent with. They also allowed dogs which was great.
Cons
My biggest issue was the roach problem which they never were able to control no matter what we did and the heat problem in the winter. It was never on long enough to be warm in the apartment. Also the neighborhood was getting harder and harder to park. It was becoming too stressful to live there, especially during lockdown.
Advice to the owners
Fix the heat and roach problem and bring back the nice Christmas decor!

The building needs renovations and there needs to be more pest control
