Owner responsiveness is little to none
Pros
Owners have spent time redoing most units
Cons
Owner responsiveness is little to none. The buzzer to let people into the building has been broken for a few months and still no date to fix it. There is no laundry in the building even though I was told there was a plan to build that out.
Advice to the owners
Fix the buzzer please

Nice kitchens, good location, reasonable neighbors. Good outdoor space
Cons
Unresponsive management. Even though the building is very new, nearly everything has been broken or continues to break.
