Perfect sublet

Pros

Modern, airconditioning in every room, bright and well designed, nice neighbours and great balcony/rooftop

Cons

Rats outside and staircase smells & is dirty. Water takes ages to heat and the pressure isn't good. The road can be noisy but overall nice neighbours and decent area.

Keep it cleaner!

Dirty No doorbell No central heat or AC Dead birds inside Horrible management Illegal evictions Turned off my heat and hot water illegally Changed locks without notice
