Renovated building on busy street
Pros
Building is renovated, only about 6 apartments. The doors are very thick so you don't really hear your neighbors unless you're in the hallway. Location is amazing. Train is on the same block.
Cons
There is no super, so you have to take the trash down yourself, only on specified days. Building is on Smith St, so it can get noisy from the traffic, but it has its charm. Apartment gets hot in the summer so you might need two ACs.
Advice to the owners
Would be good to have a super available.
