Nice apartment, rough landlord
Pros
Amazing location, light, views, beautiful original details.
Cons
The landlord kept the heat as low as possible throughout the winter and installed security cameras inside the building after it was rented. They would then watch the security feed and comment on us and the neighbors to us. Withheld enormous amount of security deposit for no legitimate reason and only gave a portion back after a small claims court suit which they settled.
Advice to the owners
Be nice. Be respectful.
