Amazing Landlord/Building Oowner
Pros
Incredible landlord and building management! Truly care about each tenant and it shows -- there are people who have lived here for over 20 years. Also, rent stabilized which is hard to find!
Cons
The street gets very rowdy/messy on the weekends, but that is outside of the building's control.

several species of bugs when we moved in- carpet beetles, cockroaches, pill bugs, etc. went away in winter, hoping they don't come back this summer
Advice to the owners
monthly exterminator please
