Live with mice like Cinderella

The garbage management of the apartment & overall cleanliness was well maintained
Cons
Completely pest infested. Mice problem for 4+ months and would see several during the daytime

Condemn the building

Occasional pests — although pest control visits are 2x/month Laundry room (pro) — near recycling and compost bins (con) Underutilized green space behind the building — could easily be cleaned up and turned into a picnic/bbq area for residence
