Pros
It’s close to some restaurants and next to a library.
Cons
Some of the neighbors’ kids keep the building dirty. You’ll be lucky if your neighbor isn’t being in roaches. Some people aren’t mindful of the garbage they leave outside of their apartment. There’s always kids in the way smoking when you try going up or down the stairs sometimes they don’t move. The water pressure could be better. It takes some time to get a hold of the property managers.
Advice to the owners
Work on being more responsive with emails and phone calls. It makes no sense because when I’m fact there is an emergency things won’t be resolved in a timely manner.
Tenant Building Review
Pros
The apartment itself is quite nice (was recently renovated) and the appliances are newer.
Cons
I dislike the building management as they are terrible at responding and taking care of issues. Also, the heat in the winter doesn’t turn on consistently. We have complained but they never fix the issue
Advice to the owners
Do your job and help tenants when they ask for it.
