Big apartment and close to the metro
Cons
Poor management Roaches Poor pest control Poor maintenance Heating is going to be about $500 in the winter

Don’t rent unless you are prepared to fix everything
Pros
No honestly m. Management is horrible. The apartment is pretty spacious but there are more cons than pros and not worth it
Cons
Roaches, no heating, old appliances. Super and landlord don’t care about fixing issues. Rent as it so they don’t clean apartments or make sure things are working
Advice to the owners
Get new management
