overall good experience
Pros
nice clean and quiet building. besides short term issue with mice (see below) we had no other issues with our unit at all. super in the building was really nice, responsive and always came within a few hours of contact.
Cons
we had mice within our first month there and it was hard to get in touch with management to come by. the super was really helpful but the problem was not being solved with traps so i had to constantly call and email management to get a professional exterminator to come. then the problem got resolved quickly.
