Large living space, brand new washer dryer. Location to metro, good bars/ restaurants and Madison Square Park. Nice twenty-something neighbors too.

Issue with mice/rats in Fall 21 (currently 4 months since one was last seen/heard)

More effort can be put in to the cleanliness of the building
